This place is fun for the whole family! Prices are decent and there is a military incentive. There are toddler time hours which is a great way to move the little ones and make them smile. The middle of the week is best for this. Keep the jumping on Saturdays to end before 1:00 for less crowding. Do keep an eye on the kids.. the bigger ones may tend to bump into the little ones if the little ones aren't in the kids area. Regarding some rules..The young staff needs to improve on enforcing rules and keeping it family friendly. Perhaps upon paying for jumping, people should be reminded to be respectful of the rules and mindful of smaller kids or they will be corrected and then made to leave. We haven't had much issue here yet. Even though it is a great place for birthday parties, I would recommend bringing the kids here to jump for an hour and maybe going over to the Mellow Mushroom right after for a couple of pizzas. You will save on cash and if you ask Mellow, they will let you bring in a birthday cake. A party for 10 kids with 2 pizzas and 2 hours of jumping will be around $200. This includes 10 bottles of water. You need to provide everything else. You get a table and someone will be there to assist you, very nicely I might add, but you need to do the math. This year, we tried a birthday party package. It really was great.. last year, we brought the kids to jump for an hour and then went over to Mellow Mushroom and it also was great. For fewer kids.. less than 6, I'd say don't go with the package. Separating the food part from the jumping part kept the kids in focus.

No or poor supervision in young dodge ball area. Some kids deliberately throwing head shots. Running on both teams side Hitting kids hard very close up

our kids love this place for the fun. we love it because they are tired afterwards. only complaint is that it's way overpriced. especially when you have 5 kids.

Great place. A lot of fun. We have a family of four and paid for the family pack of $45. Still a little expensive if you ask me. But everyone had fun anyway. The employees however did not seem very good. They all seemed extremely young and didn't seem to help enforce rules. Bigger kids climbing on things that said "do not climb," etc. May need to retrain all employees on their job. But the place it's self is nice.
