Symbol of natural beauty. You will feel like its an art on a canvas. At the same time you will be able to see a vast part of Arkansas. Really Arkansas is a natural state. Nature lover should go there at least once in a months.

I've been coming here for years. It's the closest state park to Little Rock. All the locals go out to Pinnacle to run the trails, canoe, and play at the playground. It takes a healthy adult about an hour to walk/climb up the mountain. You can do it in 30 minutes if you're a little motivated. I'm sure people run up and down it in 30 minutes flat. There are bathrooms and water at the bottom, but nothing on the trail. I see lots of dogs on the trail, but not a lot of poop thankfully. If the parking is full look for signs for overflow parking across the street. The view is great from the top.

I absolutely love coming here. There is beauty all around. There is a nice park and picnic tables and grills. I have been here a few times and everytime the park is clean. The bathrooms are a nice touch as well. I have been to many parks that have outhouses. This one has electricity and running water. Thank you to all those who work so hard to make this place look great. The views are spectacular at the top. The have an easy and a hard trail for those who may be looking for more.

Good place to go when you need to go on a quiet walk in nature. Also be sure to check out the beehive they have in the nature center. It’s absolutely fascinating to watch.

Great trails. Of course look out for snakes in the warmer months. The "easy side" is the one at the main entrance, with the playground and restrooms. It's longer, but consists of rocks placed as steps. That doesn't mean you won't be out of breath by half way up. The "harder side" is accessed from the smaller parking lot on the opposite side or the base trail, and requires using your hands as there are larger rocks to climb and the trail isn't as straightforward. My favorite is climbing the hard side, going down the easy side, and walking around the base trail to cool off. Definitely one of my favorite things to do in little rock. The view from the top, and even on the way up, is way worth it.
