Excellent team and beautiful homes. Neil and Steve are the best duos. I am unsure why the other reviewers had issues. Judging from their other reviews for other businesses, they have nothing but negative and hateful feelings. Such childish behavior. But anyways, Atura is awesome!

Absolutely dispiccable performance by the Salesperson David Neil Sims. He started off by lying to us about the sales price of the home. Management failed to rectify his error. He talks to you as though his job is not based around the clients her serves. The builder, Steve left the door unlocked overnight. Appliances were stolen the day before closing. They refuse to do anything to please my client after their negligence. No one from my 7 offices will be bringing anyone else to this builder. Good homes. Terrible operations team!
