James Edwards was AWESOME!!!  Our AC went out and we hoped it was something simple and sure enough it was.  James took his time and helped us so much and was very educational and thorough.  After just a few minutes it felt like we were hanging out like we’ve been friends forever.  Very grateful that Forney Air has someone like James. Thank you James for all you did and great conversation.

I called late this morning and they sent a technician in the early afternoon. James, the technician, was super professional; explained what he was doing and even pointed out some concerns that I may need to be aware of which was not directly related to the task he came in for.  He saw some lights coming through from vent in the attic when he went up there.  James even changed the air filter that I had on the floor which I had fully intended to change myself.  He was not only very professional but friendly and informative.  I really appreciated his service and the time he took to explain about A/C and heating that I did not know.  A great company!!

Just had the pleasure of working with James Edwards of Forney Air, And I have to say I am very impressed and pleased with the service. I have a 3 week old baby and two older children so it was important that we had our a/c fixed. They came out to fix it the same day, The price was great, the service was quick and James was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is amazing at A/C repair. If I ever have a issue in the future I will ONLY call Forney air. Thank you guys so much.

A year ago Forney Air replaced a whole unit in our house. He beat a local company price and was able to install the new unit the next day. Their customer service, compassion and expertise in the best in Forney. The crew that Richard has hired are knowledgeable and friendly.   Today, we had to call them again to look at our other unit ( not the one they replaced). They showed up and fixed the problem and waited to make sure it was cooling off before they left. They are by far the best company in Forney!  Thank you Richard for running such an honest company and having the compassion to make your customers happy.

If anyone need a/c service and wants quality work, contact Forney Air. We had a new system put in upstairs today and after several quotes, they came back with the best price. The owner Richard and his crew are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable with their work and their customer service is 
amazing.  They also took care of hauling away the old unit and they cleaned up their mess when they were done. Best Air Conditioning company in Forney.

They are honest, efficient and excellent at what they do! I highly recommend them. With this company the customer comes first which is very hard to find these days! They came right away and had us cool and comfortable very quickly! This company has earned our trust and loyalty!
