We stopped in for a late visit about thirty minutes to close. I’ve learned over the years as a consumer that business can go either way at closing. A M Republic was five stars from service to food, with great pricing. Antonio did a great job cooking our order, including plating the food in an enticing way. I’ve added photos of the food and their new menu. My only complaint was the Italian dinner rolls hidden as a biscuit. It’s true that it’s a heavy Italian seasoned bread but that didn’t take away from the experience.

We enjoy coming here. My wife loves the hot chicken and waffle breakfast and always orders it. I like the cowboy scrambler breakfast, breakfast tacos, and the stuffed burrito, but I think my favorite is the cowboy skillet.

Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Meat options are Majority pork. They don’t sell turkey sausage or turkey links. Bummer substitution because of no turkey items; we had to purchase the steak, which was higher than the other meal combo we wanted.

Came to eat here about 0930 the other morning.. Food was pretty good. . Portions were plenty for sure.. The thing that I enjoyed the least was what they called a biscuit- for one it was not a biscuit I would say more of a Italian seasoned diner roll not what i wanted when i asked for a biscuit for jelly the Italian seasoning was not a good fit.. I hate to say but I don't think it was made fresh that day maybe left over from yesterday the edges were very hard..

Such a cute restaurant! It's a lot bigger inside than I expected. The decor is minimal but it's nice and clean and colorful. The waitstaff was nice but not hovery, which I prefer. I got the hot honey chicken and waffle and it was super good. It's a pounded out chicken breast with a light breading and a big crispy waffle. The chicken breast was tender, which is hard to do when thinning and deep frying. I'm impressed! Waffle was kinda lackluster but it was still good.

Casual breakfast dining in the heart of Edmond. Similar to Eggington’s, except the new kitchen crew really know their stuff.  Still no mimosa menu, but this is definitely a family friendly breakfast joint.

Just ate at this wonderful place in Edmond OK!! Charlie was our server and was so kind and pleasant. The food was delicious! Proportions were big! Our family enjoyed our time! I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area.

Last weekend I ate here and everything was fantastic. The food quality and quantity and service was exceptional. Noon today went there with friends. It’s under new ownership. Our server was very good but that’s where the goodness stopped. After a forty minute wait my order was incorrect. Ordered scrambled eggs and the eggs were fried. Solid yolk and runny whites. My friends’ orders weren’t done according to their orders. One of my friends ordered an omelette and it didn’t even make it out, our server said they didn’t “want” to make an omelette. We should’ve walked out but we ate anyway. Less than an hour later we have stomach aches and I’ve been on the toilet three times and I doubt I’m done. Miss Egginton’s , AM Republic, good luck, I won’t be back.

Got there on Saturday, around 8:45 am. It was very cold in the restaurant. I removed my coat but quickly put it back on. Never did warm up in there. They did not have any decaf coffee. My friend got regular coffe and said it was the worst coffee she had ever had. When we got our food, it was barely warm. I won’t be going back.

Customer service and waitstaff service are excellent, but food quality has gone down. They have removed the focaccia biscuits and gravy from the menu but haven't updated the menu itself. Those biscuits were one of the main reasons we went! The taste of the food has gone down, since they've changed their gravy.
