We needed some work done on our roof, due to damage caused by Raccoons.  My wife found D'Angelo Roofing online and read the reviews, which were very good.  We met with the Sales Manager - Josh S., who was very good, very helpful, friendly and professional.  He worked with us to ensure we received the best deal possible.  The price quoted was a little high, but the quality of work done made it worth every nickel.  The work was completed in a timely manner.  Their work is of a high quality, professional and top-notch means.  I would highly recommend D'Angelo Roofing to anyone, and would definitely refer them to speak with The Sales Manager - Josh S.

Avoid headaches by ensuring you have taken LOTS of pictures of your property before they have commenced work, or any deliveries.  Any damages done by them or their contractors or delivery people will cause you to have to fight through tooth and nail to get a resolution.

The sales guy came to inspect and provide a quote, this was fine.
We decided to have them replace the roof as it was a fair quote and we were told that any damages would be replaced by them with no hassle.
We paid a deposit and had an inspection and agreed that there were no damages to our property. 
We then had a delivery truck show up a number of weeks later, and then immediately leave, then a little later that same day another one showed up and delivered the shingles.  Little did we know that the delivery truck damaged our driveway and the hassles we would have to go through to get this resolved.
The workers showed up and tirelessly worked through the majority of the day and into the evening to get the roof done in one day - this was absolutely amazing and was a great service.  I can say nothing wrong about the workers that replaced the roof.
After the cleanup and garbage bin was removed this is when we noticed the driveway was damaged.  A call was placed to report the issue and this is where the issues started to happen.
Someone did come down to take a look at the damage.  It was reported that the delivery caused the issue and that company would take care of it.
Then the back and forth started.  The delivery company wouldn't take responsibility and had to review their footage from the trucks as they didn't believe that they caused the damage.
More back and forth - even to the point that they wanted me to contact them.
Eventually through the course of many different calls and many months later they finally repaired the damage.

Please do yourself a favour and before having any work done take pictures of everything, and if you think you have enough... Take even more!

Had my large roof replaced this summer. Signed the deal in March and work was done in late June.  Quoted price was mid-range from 2 other quotes (not lowest, not highest). In March the salesman said it would be installed late April.  I had to follow-up multiple times in May and June to finally get a date confirmed (minus 1 star from 5 star rating). The installers were pleasant.  Old roofing materials started falling into my pool when they were taking the old shingles off. I had to tell them to cover the pool (minus another star from rating).  They also beefed up my attic insulation at same time (good price).  The roof looks really good, quality materials used and no shortcuts are apparent.  The clean-up was awful (minus another star).  Many nails left on front yard, backyard and driveway. Was still finding nails a month later. I checked the gutters and there were hundreds of old nails lining the gutters...the rain must've kept washing them out onto the driveway.

Very pleased with the quality of the gutters installed on our house. Josh S was very informative in helping us to choose the right product in our price range. If they had called us before arriving to do the work instead of just showing up, and had cleaned up everything before leaving, I would have given 5 starts. But in general it was a job well done.

Don't ever hire this company: D'angelo!!!!!

This company decided that was a good idea to turned my neighbours downspouts towards my house which is on the lower side of a big hill, house from 1960, since then we have had water in the basement twice. My foundation can't possibly take care of all my water and my neighbours water as well... The other side of my neighbours house doesn't have any downspouts, the water collected from their whole house comes directly to the side of my house and has been finding a lot of little cracks. Thanks D'angelo and Sons for only caring about your business. I will write as many bad reviews as I can every time I have water in my basement...it can be years of bad rep or you can contact me and change my neighbours downspouts to where it was originally facing, I talked to them, they don't care if you do it. 

Don't hire someone that will cut corners and not care for anything else, we tried to contact them, calling and leaving a message, guess what...never heard from them.

My neighbours downspouts used to face the street and the backyard, what was wrong with that? It was harder to install, cutting corners.

We called the city bylaw office and they couldn't do anything because it is more than 5 feet, but believe me, the only two downspouts of the bungalow are facing my house, this is not the company you want to hire!

I am pissed, my husband is cleaning a wet basement once again, water coming from the side of my neighbours house. 

Don't hire this company!!!
