Dr. Magrini is wonderful. We are really lucky to be with her. As a doctor, she listens, is pleasant to be around and is not at all pushy. She is knowledgeable, friendly and highly skilled. The minus 2 stars is for her front desk staff, however, who are terrible to deal with and the practice would be served by refining their customer service skills. I have never been so irritated or upset from my communications with a front desk staff. They twist words, forget what they said, are irritable and impatient and remind me all the time about how my patronage is not needed. I am curious if she would change this knowing that they are incompetent and rude. I was planning on using her as my doctor, but I cannot get through the gauntlet that is their practice. I am sure some of the front desk staff are great...but I have only dealt with the awful ones.

To say that this doctor and her staff are uncaring and rude is an understatement. It's a long story what I've dealt with but the short version is depression and bipolar disorder run in my family on both sides and my brother committed suicide because of these things and my other one has attempted. They cut me off cold turkey on my depression meds that I've been taking for eight years, the soonest appointment I could get was two months out and they refused any refills to me even just enough to get to the appointment so I had to go through withdrawals. It was awful and I hope Dr. Magrini reads this and is ashamed of her actions. It took over five phone calls to talk to a human at this office and they were so rude I cried on the phone. I was curteous and kind but I want to write this so people steer clear of her because she does not take mental health seriously. I never felt she was a caring doctor or knew what she was taking about with depression as she read off a computer screen of prescriptions to me. I'm disgusted by this doctor and her staff.

Dr. Magrini is awesome!! However the staff in the office is NOT! I rarely get an actual person to answer the phone and my messages go unanswered. Very frustrating. During a dr. appt. for my husband we heard another man demanding to see the office manager for the same reason; no one gets back to him when he leaves messages. What a shame.

Excellent customer service. Excellent personality, and she made us feel very welcome!
