I first went to Ambassador back in the 1980's for my cocker spaniel who had the typical purebred problems to her breed.  Ambassador's personnel, no matter what staff or vet we saw, were terrific and kept my ear-infection, eye-infection-prone pooch, healthy and happy for years.  Fast forward to 2018.  Ambassador's vets are still doing wonderful work.  My 17-yr-old-crotchety-old-man cat doesn't even growl, no small feat I assure you!  

As for waiting long stretches.  Just because you do not see anyone else in the waiting area, does not mean there is not a true emergency happening behind the lobby doors.  In my lifetime I have unfortunately had a pet that has been the emergency behind the lobby doors and I was grateful that the vets gave priority to trying to save my pet's life. 

Fun fact:  Negative reviews that are about emotions and not facts, are just disgruntled opinions.  When I'm a crab and harsh to others, they tend to respond to me in like fashion.  What is that saying?  You reap what you sew??

Pro Fact:  Ambassador has done a great job for my pets, including a chronic-problems-to-the-breed pooch and has kept them in good health and improved health when they had issues.

Con Fact:  I let you know when I have something factually negative.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. When our last dog had to be put down, they were so supportive and understanding. Went the extra mile to make that experience easier for our dog, and for us.

The vets here were able to figure out what was wrong with my cat when no one else could and just wanted to push the biggest, most expensive stuff at me. They started small and work up and now I have a happy, healthy cat. I highly recommend this animal hospital!!

Dr. Novak and the staff at Ambassador are some of the kindest people I know. They treat all the families they meet with the UTMOST respect and spend ample time with each of them making them feel loved and heard.
