Dr. Hart and her staff at Heartland have cared for my pets for over 10 years. They are all compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable at Heartland.  Literally every single time I have taken my pets there, they have been well cared for and I have been treated respectfully as a customer.  I will say too how impressed I was that, when one of my pets did pass due to natural causes, Heartland sent a beautiful card and flowers to acknowledge my real loss. As a customer for over a decade, I really can say this is an amazing establishment.  If anybody in the past has had a less than optimal experience, I would say that is extraordinarily unusual and not the norm for this practice.  I highly recommend Dr. Hart and Heartland Animal Hospital. Your pet will be in GREAT hands.

As a new pet owner, I have had many questions and find Heartland to be very helpful all the time.  Every individual there is courteous, knowledgeable and caring toward me and my pet.  They are willing to spend whatever time is needed to answer my questions.  I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and caring. We have been with them for five different dogs and as many cats in at least 20 years

Have been bringing my pets here for decades. The entire staff is Professional, Knowledgeable & Courteous! 

They are also very friendly and considerate.  They take the time to explain medical details about each of my pets, to help me make informed decisions about their care.

The staff was very sincere and friendly but on the phone I asked what the charge would be
and when I arrived for my appt. I was charged almost double the amount.  No words of sorry
we messed up or actually kept their word on what I was told would be the charges!
Due to the lie of the charges, I cannot put my trust in this vet.
