Ok I guess. Only thing is they will go in your home when you aren't there. Called their "Gold Key Service". You better do your service when I'm home because things were missing out of my home! But Zandra from the office is very nice and respectful!

I was interested in getting a home here but the office was closed and I know someone was inside I even waited and watched her leave and get in her car and drive off . When I first walked up the golf cart was outside but once we saw they said they were closed we walked back to the car and the golf cart was gone. Ok so we said we’ll wait maybe they are showing a unit but no one ever came back so I think they put the golf cart in the garage while we were in the front the golf cart was in the back, so while we were waiting seen no one until 1:53pm they close @ 2. She walked fast and got in her car and left. Now what type of service is that we were really interested in this community but not anymore. Customer service is not good especially if this happened to us no telling they probably do this to everyone that lives there especially for ppl who can’t make it in until an hour before they close. I do not recommend .

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! First heater didn’t work during the winter then the house stayed 84 degrees all summer. This trailer was INFESTED with mice and ants. $300 mo electric bill because of the AC. I was told it needed to be replaced by repair man but they never did. I called the police EVERY WEEKEND the entire year I lived there because of the noise. Men would knock on my door claiming to be maintenance and try opening my door! I am not kidding you, this place is TRASH!!!!!! The very first time I was ever late I was evicted. I tried to pay them and they wouldn’t take it because the fees they added. Even though I never received a bill for the late fees. I do not know how they have good reviews, honestly. Cars get broken into constantly. Some even get stolen. This place is a joke.

Love this place. The staff in the office are professional and help with any request I need on a timely basis. Very friendly and the community is very quiet. Have had no issues and would highly recommend this community. Great place to live!

Skip to next paragraph for review. Let me start by saying a few things before I give my honest review so far living at Amber Village (or the Yes Communities). You will most likely see this posted on Yelp, Google reviews or other review sites that I feel like posting this. I say that because I am not spam. I remember in the past ALWAYS looking at the Google reviews for places and seeing 1.2 Stars or 3.3 Stars. Why? All the comments were filled with people that had very specific issues and needed a place to vent their negativity. Then you would have the apartment complex have their staff make all these 5 star clique reviews: "Never had an issue, awesome staff" or "Great place to live, come check them out!". You know what I mean. So all and all I'm leaving this review because this is a new step in my life. I finally have a great job (I work Downtown Dallas. Ugh, the drive sometimes) and wanted some quiet time. So I moved out a little further. I've always lived in apartments and wanted to see what it's like to have my own stand alone building. So without stalling any longer, here is my review so far (Will update in 2018 most likely). Review: My roommates and I visited about 75% of all the Yes Communities in the Mesquite and Balch Spring area. Everytime I went into the leasing office I felt bad for telling them I went to another property owned by them and that they were also really nice. I don't know, maybe that helped them be nice too (joking, they all do seem like genuinely polite people)! There seemed to be a quality difference in places from $700, $800, $900 and $1000 when I looked at their trailers. Usually the newer ones 2005 and up were beautiful. I got a $900 Trailer and decided to pay a little extra because I LOVE the bathrooms (my price range was $800 at first). The property has a really cool feature called the Golden Key Service. I had my first one yesterday which is why I held out on writing this review until I had it. Basically, they come in each month and make sure everything is ok. At first this sounds annoying. For me it did at least. Though when they came by they weren't going through my stuff and "looking" for anything to catch you one. He just came in to check my filter and asked if I had any issues. He was a great listener and took my request and followed through on them (very important). Now I'm loving it. The ladies at the office are awesome! Sure, you can think I'm just saying that, but they treated my girlfriend and I with respect, have been helpful every step of the way and so far have been easy to get a hold of! Oh and it's quiet! I love it. Sure you have kids after school and dogs, but you're in a community so they should be there. Seems like a great place for families. After 10pm, everything seems to get very peaceful and I'm sleeping like a baby! My girlfriend has already told me she is ready to stay another year, so if they are making her happy, I'm happy! 3 bedrooms (always wanted an art studio/game room) for $900 and my place looks great! Now this is the part where I say, "Come on down to Amber Village, where the people are nice and the price is right!" or something like that. Sadly.. it's true. If I had to give a complaint, it's that I work far which is my fault, so I can't give them 4 stars for that. All and all, that's my 2 cents! Drive around the property and stop someone and ask what they think. Hopefully they feel the same way I do. :) PS: I wrote a lot and don't feel like spell checking ;) So hope you could follow my thoughts. Good luck on your home search!
