I live at Kimberly  at Creekside and I truly love my home and the office staff is awesome, my home excellent and I would recommend anyone here!

To much to put in to words what me and my family has gone through in the five and a half years we have lived here. Trust me Freddy Kruger had dreams of unicorns and dandelions compared to the nightmare we have had here. Everything from forged signature on documents to being black listed on not getting anything done to the house. One reason for the black listing is because I am white and my wife is black, yeah one of the managers was gay and he didn't like blacks.Imagine that, turn out the lights and tell me what color anybody is.Take my advice, don't move to any Yes community anywhere.

I live at Creekside Estates in Seagoville Texas. The office Manager is outstanding and treats her residents equally  with the utmost respect. I live with my daughter and her husband and i couldn't be more happier living anywhere else. Thanks to the community manager for all she does.

I love how nice the place looks. Also, Zandra was very well spoken, very respectful, and helpful. She over-extended herself to help us out. She followed up consistently with documentation she needed and was very persistent. I recommend this community to new home owners and renters.

worst customer service been living here for the past 8 years and till now i had a problem with the manager. I currently live at arbor springs and had an issue went to go talk to the manager and she started yelling instead of speaking even told me " if my mother spoked english why wasn't she speaking it" never did i have a problem with previously managers until they hired this new lady. Also they do no have any one that speaks spanish so goodluck!
