I would first like to say a theater isn't bad simply because it isn't the biggest and newest in town.  The help here is always friendly and engaging.  My son and I saw Ant man on its premiere day and it was a great experience.  Clean, well lit, and quality sound.

Place unclean. Staff not friendly. Only one drink at snack bar. Popcorn at snack bar because there was no cheese. No bread or hotdogs. Popcorn was nothing but crumbs went to complain to staff was told popcorn had been made 5 hours ago so what do you expect. What a manager told me they can me a free small popcorn on my next visit.
I missed part of the movie so I could get better popcorn, so told that's all they could do. We payed 50 dollars between admission and  snack bar. Not worth it......

This movie theater is terrible. I can't believe that AMC still allows their name on the building. The place is absolutely filthy. You would think that they never clean the floors, bathrooms, or seats. Do not bring children here if they are wiggly. You won't want them down touching ANYTHING. All that being said, I'm sure it goes without saying that the staff seem indifferent at best. On an afternoon over holiday break, we spent 20 minutes waiting in line to purchase tickets and there was only ever one cashier. The only thing she spoke to us at all was our total. We will definitely avoid coming here ever again.

I was really unimpressed with this place, but it is by far not the worst theater I’ve ever been to. The facade of the building is dirty and tired, but the inside was clean enough. The whole place is just really worn. The bathroom smelled like urine, but it looked clean, so I’m guessing there is a leak somewhere. There was one person at the concession stand, but there was way too much work for just one person. There was a lady at guest services, but it kind of looked like she was asleep, and she didn’t know I was there until I said something. The prices are very good for tickets, and food is the standard way overpriced. The popcorn was not fresh, and overall disappointing. And to top it off, the “mall” is one step up from abandoned. Basically, you need to weigh your options before coming here. I won’t go again because I don’t like the area, and the ticket price is moot because I use MoviePass. As long as your expectations aren’t too high, you won’t be disappointed.

It took them 17 minutes into the actual movie (not the advertisements before it) for them to actually change to movie from 3D to 2D... No one had 3D glasses because it was a 2D movie. They didn't even restart the movie, they just resumed where it was screwing over the people who went to complain (because they haven't yet changed the movie type.) It's a nice theater, clean, and affordable, but this experience just ticked me off.
