Always a great experience. The reckoning seats are amazing as always. However over time you are starting to see some of the theater seats being work out with tears in them. Last time I was here the person checking tickets was rude and demanded my ID for the movie. I am almost 34 and I look no where near 18. Felt a little disrespected by her. ( I go here often and have never had this issue but this particular ticket taker is never very friendly). Overall tickets are a little over priced but I pay it to have the reserved seating

Comfortable recliners don’t make up for a mediocre atmosphere. The place has been dirty every time I’ve visited and the service is terrible. We paid for cinnamon pretzels and weren’t told they were out of the dipping icing it’s supposed to come with. Got to our seats early enough that I had time to go back to the counter. A typical theater employee with a bad attitude curtly informed me they ran out the day before and when I asked why they didn’t tell us that when we ordered they unapologetically asked if I wanted a refund. I had paid with a gift card and didn’t want to deal with the hassle over a couple of bucks so I walked away. With the prices they charge I hope they get their act together.

This is a great theatre! It's small, yet charming. The seats are all comfortable and recline. The price at this theater seems to be inflated and the venue is somewhat of a "musty" atmosphere. Otherwise, it's incredibly easy to get tickets here and you'll be very comfortable. I would recommend this theater - but there are better options.

I have mixed feelings about these Multiplex theaters. I enjoyed going to the great big movie houses of my youth, but I also enjoy being able to pick from 10 different movies to watch. Of course after you pay an arm and a leg for the popcorn and soda, you better enjoy the movie, because it's costing you a bundle.

The AMC Theater in Penn Sq. Mall was great! I ordered my tickets online, and did the popcorn/drink order online as well. When I showed up, showed my QR Code from my cell phone at the door, NOT the box office, and went to my seat in the appropriate theater. I was later greeted by a gentleman that had my popcorn & drink combo. Yes, if you’re not familiar with this service, they bring your food to your seat. The staff was courteous, and professional.
