I get it...you all have a rewards program! Cool! However, you're going to punish me because I don't want to pay $15 a year for it, that's not cool! Oh wait, then you are going to continue punishing me because I chose to pay cash! I will never step a foot back in this nasty theatre where if you're not a rewards member you are punished with longer lines and higher prices! Stood in line for 15 minutes to get tickets but found out I could only use a card to pay. I had to go to guest services and wait in line again to get tickets. The young lady there was more concerned helping a friend of hers instead of paying attention to other customers. After paying $20 for a matinee movie, she cheated me out of change because she didn't want to break open the rolls of change. We then stood in the concession line for approximately 20 minutes and it only moved less than three feet. It was because we were not reward members and only had one cashier to help around 40 groups of people while the reward members had THREE cashiers helping only 6 couples/groups! After leaving the line and going back to guest services, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they only have a supervisor on shift today because they head some people call in sick. The man that was at guest services said that he was only there to do refunds!! I wonder why?! If I ran my business the way that AMC Theatres run their business, I would no longer have a business!

I understand that the employees do they're best and want the best for the customers and can't possibly control all the bad things that happen here. However, when paying customers are being harassed repeatedly by groups of young thug hooligans, and witnessing a kid thug open the exit door to let a big group of his friends in to illegally see a movie, then watch them flee out the same exit the thug let them in is a bit over the top. Unless there are police spread out I always find that not just in the theatre area, but in the mall itself these same groups of thug hooligans working in packs target people screaming and causing a scene in they're own amusement destroying the peace of paying customers. It is so unfortunate, I wish it wasn't like this.

A large chunk of AMC theaters have been upgraded to have better seats, concessions, and a better experience. This one hasn't. For some reason it's still stuck in 1995, and it feels like it when you go.

Normally a great experience. On peak days, like today, they bombed hardcore. Less than 10 on from staff, 5 behind concessions, 2 ticketing, one at guest services and one taking tickets to get in. Lines everywhere with no direction and no one knowing what to do. Back concession area was closed. Lines were backed up to the food court. People were lined up in Stubs Premiere line even though they weren't members just to cut corners. Everyone was frustrated and it showed. Yes, we're rewards members, and considerate that all want to enjoy their experience, but today was a disappointment... especially on Boxing Day - with Star Wars out - and everyone with cabin fever. Not sure how they're gonna compete with Netflix in years to come. Guess we shall find out in due time.

Went to see and paid for 930 black panther 3d on opening Thursday night, was shown 2d call and spoke to a manager and was told that they made an statement in the theater (No one did. I was in there 30 mins early. Also that someone made an error in programming the projector. When all they do is play a video file, really? And was offered paasses, don't need them. Especially when I can't trust they will play the right film when 8 yr old movie pirates could operate the equipment better. Don't like over paying and much less being lied to and treated like a fool. The Warren is going to be getting more business from me. I guess it is now AMC amazingly pathetic.
