I have been with America First for 17 years and can't say enough good things about it.  I have been completely satisfied with the service!  And this particular branch is a wonderful place to bank.  Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.  Lori was recently my teller and she was very welcoming, professional, and pleasant.  And Mike, the manager, has been extremely helpful with providing medallion and notary attested signatures on documents, as well advice on other matters.  AFCU is just a class operation!.

Called re: applying for a home equity loan, was given the opportunity of adding my number to a call back list so that I wouldn't have to wait on hold.  Took that option, and I was called back exactly 18 minutes later - which was the original estimated wait time - only to wait an additional 10 minutes on hold with still no answer from a live being.  I hung up, called back to my local branch in Lehi, got a live body this time (!), only to once again be put thru to the same sh@%ty system as before!  Come on America First, wake up and institute some real customer service!
