Nathan Merrill is the man!  Came in at 5:29 - 1 minute before closing time and he handled my loan like a champ and was super helpful and kind about the whole situation.  Lifelong member - love me some UCCU.

I agree with Jonathan Harris; the online payment process is overly difficult and deserves one star. However, we received five star service from Sean at the Lehi location - so I've given an overall rating of three.

UCCU has been open in their communication with us and has been prompt in their service. They forgave an overdraw and take care of us as customers.

Every time I have talked to the Lehi branch they have been nothing but rude. they get very very snippy as well.

I love UCCU they're an awesome local credit union. I didn't have the best credit but they actually looked past my score and more into my payment history with my current auto loan and my income and approved me for an auto loan. Which was a nice change since so many banks just take your score and give an approval or denial rather than looking at all aspects. That alone is why I stay with UCCU
