Terrible customer service. Paula the manager refused to accept my point about how bad there online banking system is. My balance at night was reflecting as positive and I still received an overdraft fee the next day. Paula was rude and unwilling to accept my point that if the balance shows as positive and available online that it should not have received a fee and she kept saying that it is bank policy that if all the funds are not in there at 5pm it counts on next business day and that is how US bank operates and that they were still giving me the fee. This is a terrible bank that is out to give out as many fees as possible. They are not friendly to work with and rude and liars. If the bank system says its positive there should not bee some secret system that still issues fees the next day. I will never do business with this bank again. Terrible customer service, and Paula has terrible customer service.

Warning don't go!! Leave!! Not sure what happen to this bank but in the end I closed it and had to pay 45$ in fees.

Oh MY GOSH.. I have had good service at the US Banks in Smiths, thus why I keep going to them. But I had the best customer service experience from a customer service representative Olivia. She was kind, amazing at her job and beyond helpful. She was personable and great to work with. Whoever hired her seriously did a solid for your company. Way to go Olivia!!!!!

Perfect. Friendly staff that want to talk to you about everything in your life except the thing you have come to the bank for. It is one thing to be friendly, but it is another to waste people's time chit-chatting... especially when there is a line. This isn't a one-time thing either, this is how they operate. As far as banking... meh. I've gone elsewhere recently.

I invested into crypto-currency and when they found out they spent 30 minutes telling me that my account will get shut down unless I tell the bank where every cash withdrawal over $100 in the past year went to and why. They interrogated me on a few occasions until one day my account was shut down and they sent what was in my bank to me as a check that took 2 week to arrive... 6 months later they are sending me letter saying I owe them money haha... I hope non of you experience anything like this but if you are an entrepreneur this bank gives you a really hard time letting you make your money without letting them know consistent updated details about your business haha... most surreal experience ive ever had, spent maybe 30 hours my last month there dealing with problems.
