Had a few cars under their care. Wait for promotions during holidays to buy tires. Good price when under promotion. No service is perfect, but overall, i cant find a better staff/store when it comes to tires. Free rotation/balancing, air pressure and fixes for tires when you have an account with them. Only con is they are busy, so expect at least 1.5 hr wait. More on weekends. They don't have a lot of tires in stock, so order online and confirm arrival prior to going in. Corporate delay is beyond their power.

I came in as a walk-in just after they opened and the tire repair was free (maybe first time customer promotion?). It took them about 20 minutes to resolve my issue. The place was clean and the staff professional, exactly how a business should be run. I will definitely be considering them when replacing my tires (or necessary repairs) in the future.

I use these guys because they have a no questions asked warranty. I have had nails and blowouts and they always replace my tires without treating me like I did something wrong. They usually have a long line though, even if you have an appointment, expect it to take more than an hour. This brand would do well to open another center somewhere else on the peninsula, to reduce wait time.

Had wheels and tires installed 2 months ago and they weren't balanced nor inflated properly. Returned after two months to have them rebalanced. To their credit they were unaware of an issue with their balancing machine during the time of my install and they admitted this when I called to schedule an appointment. After waiting 1.5 hours, with the appointment, they gave me back truck after only checking the front tires, not all 4, but told me that all four were checked. Luckily, my OCD and the positioning of center caps was the evidence needed to call BS and allow the truth to come out. I've been a Discount Tire (assuming sister or parent company) for many years. Not impressed with this store. I hate having my time wasted during the week. Do the work right the first time and maintain some integrity.
