This store has gotten better. There was never a time when I needed help and there wasn't a person around. In my one visit, I want to say I had positive interactions with 4 or 5 employees. Very helpful today!

If you go in here looking for something, good luck. You will likely find the shelf space for the item.....empty. "We sold it all, that's what we're supposed to do, right?" Restocking inventory is a concept yet to be achieved.

I tried there I tried their ship to store program I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth and efficient was the longest part of my visit there was waiting in the long line which I had no problem going to be other one they scan my phone got my package and went to pay for it they said it was already paid for what can I say I couldn't ask for it to be any smoother!

We drove 52 miles last night from our camping spot to this Walmart to exchange a damaged Fitbit. By the time we got there (10:08 pm) the customer service desk was closed (10:00 pm). Needless to say, we were very disappointed and frustrated (also, it was 4th of July holiday). We asked the manager, who happened to be standing there, if she could PLEASE help us, and WOW did she! Ms. Kim was WONDERFUL! She made and exception and allowed us to make our return after hours (8 minutes). Then, as we were back in electronics waiting for someone with a key to open the locked cabinet of Fitbits, who walked by with a key? Ms. Kim! She rescued us again! They were closing down the electronics register for the night and no one had a key. But, we had our own guardian angel, Ms. Kim, looking out for us! Thank you Walmart and Ms. Kim, for making our 100+ mile round-trip worth it!
