I inquired on some balloons and was told they were out of them.

I asked if they could call the other Party City chain store to see if item was in stock the associate said we can't to busy.  I looked and said there is no one on line.
They said you can call another store if you want.

I thought to myself what kink if customer service is that.

The cashier asked if I was ready to pay my  merchandise, I  turned around and said no thank you and left items left their store. 

I drove to Marina Party City 
Highly recommend excellent customer service.

How are you going to have ONLY ONE person with a 25+ min wait for balloons knowing Saturday is the busiest day for parties. And it's not the 1st time. That's just crazy!!

If I could rate this -5 stars I would. One of the workers was rude and kept following us around the store. Made me feel uncomfortable. Never coming back.

Went in for some birthday balloons got exactly what i wanted many different options the workers are great overall very satisfied.
