this is a lovely RV park in Virginia. Great wooded spaces with level sites for RV. The staff is so friendly and hospitality is their middle name. The night we arrived they had a dinner in the rec room and breakfast is served every morning. Delicious waffles made to order. That is not something you find in most parks. Cable available and wifi. Very close to visit president Tyler house, Uber and enterprise. Love this place and will def be back.

Fabulous experience! We are from Australia and just setting up our RV and they have been so helpful here. Nothing is too much bother. Great meeting people at the free waffle breakfasts, free dinner night and ice cream night. Washrooms are spotless and warm. Grounds are well looked after.

Excellent campground experience. This campground is immaculately maintained and the people are very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a minute and I have no compunctions recommending it to anyone.

Nice campground. Helpful staff. Trash pick up at site. Walk across the street a craft beer bar Center of the universe. Would stay here again. Just get a site as far from i95. The sound of the highway drops off quickly. We were near middle of camp, the noise was there if I focused. If your site is next to it you may want to stay inside your camper

I have nevered stayed here, I just go for the propane, best prices around. Being right across the street from COTU, minutes from the interstate, spacious camper sights and all the other ammenities they have  (pool, small dog park, kids play area) I think this would be a perfect place for anyone with a camper/rv to stay at while passing through the RVA!
