Thanks Petersen and Associates for staying ahead of my insurance needs since 2003!  I wanted to write a quick note and thank the agents for contacting me before my car insurance expired.  I had no idea that my insurance was going to expire and I received a friendly call giving me some options to choose from.

I was with this company for ten years. I have recently left because of the notorious rate that was quoted to me after buying my new car. I asked if they could help out and do a little better for my auto insurance, they wouldn't even budge. I told them I was going to leave and they did not care, I was just another number after 10 years . Despite my driving record not always being the greatest, you would think they would try to find the most finical and reasonable rates for their customers and not for their own pockets.  I would never return to this company, you're better off trying to find your own insurance.
