Joe has been my agent for a long time and at times I have been known to be pretty cheap when it comes to what coverage I elect to take. When it came to my auto policy Joe insisted on certain aspects to ensure I was taken care of in a bad situation. I got in an accident recently and I have to say I am so grateful that Joe made sure I was properly covered. From my call to him, a couple of calls to the 800 number to file my claim and follow up and my call to his office this morning, Joe, his staff, and the call center have taken care of everything and I feel comfortable knowing I have nothing to worry about going forward with this claim!

I wasn't even in the market for a new insurance provider but Joe quickly showed me how vulnerable my current policy was. He combined my car insurance with renters insurance with more coverage than I was receiving for nearly the same price. And he bought be a couple beers while he was submitting the policy...can't beat that!
