I have been a customer of Rich's for the last 6 years. I meet with him every few years to review my policies which is very important to me. Rich has always had my best interest and the interest of my family in mind. He truly cares about his customers and educates them on not only insurance but on financial matters. He has helped me tremendously with my finances and working towards retirement. I have NEVER had an Agent actually care enough about me to sit down and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. I have been able to plan for my children's futures & set up life insurance policies for my partner and myself. 
I am not sure where Daniel thinks that he is pushy and trying to "pull a fast one" when Rich is only looking out for you which is more than I can say for a lot of business owners. His staff are always very polite and welcoming and always able to address any questions I may have. I highly recommend Rich Martin State Farm.

Rich has been my insurance agent for several years. Rich has always looked out for my best interest through different stages of my life- especially when my wife and I got married. Rich is a good man and cares about his clients. He will help them make the right decision for what is best for them. He is very knowledgeable and will not push you into anything that you’re not comfortable with.

I have known Rich for a few years. He is friendly, experienced and a proven profession. He knows the Insurance and Financial business. He wants to help others. He keeps up with industry continuing education, which is hard to do with busy demanding hours.

I had a great experience dealing with Rich.  He listened to the needs of my family and educated me about the services/plans that State Farm offers.  He made sure that I felt good about the decisions I made and actually saved me money.  I would definitely recommend Rich to anyone who joins State Farm.

Rich is super pushy when you join his agency. When a customer doesn’t want additional products it’s non stop moving forward in future. Rich should recognize that every product State Farm product is the best. Sometimes the ego, pushy attitude tactics don’t work. I realize State Farm pushes you to upsell but jeez enough is enough. These positive reviews don’t do justice in what type a person you are. You should be ashamed how you to try to pull fast ones over on people. State Farm should take action on an agent like you!
