Helpful website brought me to the Sycamore location.I was looking for a used tire and every other place I called or viewed did not offer used tires. Being an older vehicle with high miles, I did not want brand new tires.
I pulled up to the shop and was happy to see an old fashioned, hard working grease garage. Don't let the exterior fool you! 
I was helped immediately even though it was obvious they were slammed busy. Told the size I needed, they pulled one off the rack, let me inspect it,and told me total cost with mounting and balance ( $40.00) more than fair! He mounted it within 10 minutes and I was on my way.
I was happy to give a place like this my business. It's what a garage should be. More than satisfied, I highly recommend them!!

Walked in for an oil change and they chose to schedule one later in the day in order to make sure they had the time. Took care of the oil change, topped off my fluids and told me what I needed to get my car ready for an out of state trip I'm planning. Also took care of a couple quick nips and tucks while the car was in the air. Very friendly, and would rather help the customer than make a quick buck. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on. Wonderful experience.

Was told my car would be done by the end of the day 2 days in a row. When I arrived at the time I was told to be there they said they got the wrong part. There seems to be no sense of urgency at all within this company. I called the other location and was told my quote would be done "in a few minutes l" over the 3 times I called in a 2 hour time span.Will definitely not be retuning.

This location is under new management now. They really cleaned this building and grounds up, it looks 100% better then the old business. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who had a big smile and was ready to answer any questions that I had about the issues I had with my car. When i came back later that day to pick the car up the mechanic had informed me of some other issues that may become a problem down the road. He did this because they went the extra mile to enhance my wonderful experience. I have recommended this shop to everyone I know that needs repairs done or good quality used tires.
