My daughter in law had her car repaired at Sparkle and was very pleased.
I met with Eric from Sparkle, my 2016 Silverado repair was completed ahead of the scheduled date. The repair looks awesome! The entire process from the initial estimate, their interaction with my insurance company and the repair was a very pleasant experience. Their customer service and attention to detail is top notch. 
I would highly recommend Sparkle Auto Body!

I recently used Sparkle (the East Washington location) to repair minor front end damage. The repair involved replacing and painting the front bumper cover on my Outback. Nothing too complicated. That said, I was very satisfied with Sparkle's work. Their cost came in quite a bit lower than another shop that I had used before. The people at Sparkle are friendly, responsive, and good to work with. The work was done well and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sparkle again.

Sparkle Auto Body is one of those rare places that actually cares about its customers.  This was my first time using them and the experience was excellent.  Specifically:
Many insurance companies only pay for after market items.  Sparkle contacted Acura to see if they would price match so I had an OEM part.
Someone had keyed my car and I asked if they could try and buff it out.  They did that for free.
Car came back not just washed but with the wheels detailed.
They gave me left over paint for touchups.
Drove me in their personal car to the car rental agency which was not convenient to get to at all.
Great follow-up communication as the car was being repaired.
Gave me a feedback card which shows they value customer feedback.

Great, friendly service! I was in a minor car accident, and Sparkle was the autobody repair shop referred to me. Every visit was quick and useful, and Eric especially was awesome to work with! They are professional and trustworthy at Sparkle, I cannot recommend them enough!
