American Barn & Wood is a company founded on the principle of preserving our country's heritage. Barns of long ago are disappearing due to the passage of time and farm modernization. We search the country looking for barns so that the wood can be "re-purposed". Thus, their legacy continues to live on into the future.

Lots to look at. Place is very homey and people nice and helpful not pushy. The stories on wood amazing.

Warning- They do not post, anywhere in their shop or on their receipt that they do not take returns. Designer changed the interior design (something she and I both thought could be returned) now I am stuck with $700 of wood that I cant use. Notifying customers of their no return policy would be good business.

Excellent product very unique very nicely priced. The owners and very helpful and accommodating. I use their barn wood for three different mantels for clients and everybody loved it

What a cool business! They have a great selection of wood to choose from and I just love that they know exactly where it came from. I just purchased wood reclaimed from the Boyd Barn in Michigan. It's going to look so cool when it becomes my new reception desk.
