I first discovered Embers fireplaces on YouTube as I was researching 100” electric fireplaces. The staff in the videos seemed very professional and honest so I called them to ask a few questions. I spoke with Felix and he was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Since I had never seen any of these fireplaces in person and was doing an online purchase, I had to really trust what the salesperson was telling me. Since the purchase was via phone and online it was important to me that the company was HONEST and reputable. Just two days later we received our fireplace! There was a manufacturing defect in the fireplace but Felix and his staff IMMEDIATELY had the item picked up and shipped out another fireplace right away. I am happy to report that we are very happy with our BEAUTIFUL new fireplace and I feel very lucky to have stumbled onto such a customer service oriented company. It is rare to find such caring people behind a business these days. THANK YOU Embers Fireplaces, I look forward to doing more business with you!!!

They are my neighbors. My stove wasnt working. They came after a phone call and fixed it perfectly. One and a half years later the stove is perfect! Roasts me out of the room!

This is by far the best customer service I have received on our over a year build . First, Felix and his associates were very accommodating on pricing and shipping. Second their knowledge base is unsurpassed on the products they handle. Third, due to our ignorance in fireplace installation, they twice found a way to assist us when we were stymied. We have bought three fireplaces for our new ranch house from them and made numerous inquiries on where certain parts were and how to assemble. Our builder has years of experience but not with internet shipments and especially electric fireplaces. We misplaced the front to our gas fireplace and Felix actually tracked the package down by checking a 6 mos. old shipping invoice from fed ex. This saved us $600.00 in replacement parts. I highly recommend this business with no reservations. Most consumers would be cautious with such large expenditures. They are honest and trustworthy and will go the extra mile. Remember to check the shipping invoice, as requested, when you receive your fireplace and call for assistance if you don't understand what each part is. That is what caused all of our problems. Some parts may ship separately and they are large items that are pallated when they arrive. Take the time to unpack and take inventory , unlike us.

Very helpful when ordering. Fast Shipping. Knowledgeable staff! What really surprised me was a followup call after the sale to see if I was satisfied. Not to many businesses have that type of customer service anymore.

Embers Fireplace is a company I will do business with again! Locally, I have access to three fireplace dealers. Unfortunately on my initial inquire, one of them led me down the wrong path. So I naturally reached out to the other local companies for help. To my surprise more laziness and non-responsive companies. I decided to search online for a complete direct-vent fireplace and ductwork. Figuratively, I am more mechanically gifted/minded than the local intellectual talent I had previously encountered; I could probably tackle this one myself. Pricing wasn’t the deciding factor on the fireplace selection; it was going into my living room and I had to look at it every day. I knew what I wanted in a fireplace and its upgrades. To challenge Embers even more, I wanted to install a new construction unit into an old construction cavity. A little untraditional, however the appearance is much more rewarding than an insert. I reached out to Felix with Embers Fireplaces in NY. I explained to him my local frustrations and fireplace desires (all the “goodies”). He was able to immediately recommend a “new construction” unit to accommodate my “old construction” home. From 500+ miles away, Embers Fireplace was able to crush the local competition. They won on pricing, availability, product knowledge, customer service and field support, truly a class act. The conversation started on a Friday, paid Monday, shipped Tuesday and received Thursday, 6 total days and complete. I was five weeks into the three local conversations with no real progress! Thank you Embers Fireplace for such a great experience.
