We bought a stove from the back show room.  When we picked it up they had it wrapped in plastic and we drove it home.  Our renovation took longer than expected and we kept the stove packaged in our garage.  We just unwrapped it when the gas company came to hook up all the gas appliances today and we found the stove in extremely poor condition.  One burner has been "Jerry rigged" according to the gas company,  also we found the handle loose and the oven door not properly functioning.  When we called Idlers they said we had signed off on the stove when we picked it up and that it is our problem.  Idlers we trusted you in good faith when we picked up the stove.  Apparently that was our second mistake.  The first, it seems, was shopping at your store.

We shopped at the Paso Robles store today. Seth was the sales associate who helped us. Very informed. Very personable. He did a nice job of identifying our needs and preferences, but gave us room to look around and was available when we needed him. Just about the opposite from what we expect at a typical appliance store.

We are extremely happy with our purchases from here. The refrigerator we bought is so roomy and just fits us. The washer and dryer work excellent. Our salesman was wonderful, pointed us in the right direction and let us browse. He was knowledgeable and handy.

Purchased a rangetop and a hood.  Sales guys can be a little pushy, but overall they have a very good selection of products and often have something in their dented and factory seconds that are in the back. Worth  looking as there are some great deals in there if you can stand a blemish.
