Worst customer service !  even management is rude!! They have a dinosaur system they mispalced my payments added them to a wrong account. Nightmare!!!!!!

One of the receptionist was very RUDE to my mother, she gave her attitude, and even hung up on her. She literally argued with my mother on the phone while my mom was only trying to be nice. I hope this lady learns how to correctly treat her customers! This is unacceptable and it's not professional. We left a message to the supervisor and I hope she addresses this.
The ladies name is "kathleen" I believe. So watch out for her
