They close at 6 and they still took me in at 6:04 for a very important business deposit. I’m very grateful

This is one of my go to branches and they always treat me very well. They know me when I walk in and that's a great feeling. They take good care of they're customers.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, rude, and no customer mindset.

Tried resolving a checking issue here and was treated like a criminal. Moving all my accounts elsewhere.

Branch made consecutive mistakes on check deposits from the same account for 4 years and randomly declined checks without any notification. 

Definitely a company focused more on taking your money and profits and less of holding on to it for you.

I guess the bigger the bank, the further they are from customer care. It's hard to "Chase what matters" when Chase has their hand in your pocket.

Removed their coin counter ?! They told me they don't count coins anymore. To go to a coinstar... hey I got a better idea. How about I go to a new bank that doesn't penny pinch
