What modern bank now a days doesnt have a accessible ATM after the bank closes. Ridiculous.

I walked in to use the ATM to deposit money... but there was a line so I walked up to fill out a deposit slip with cash in hand and the manager informed I could use the ATM. The lady behind the desk had no customers..... why would I wait in line if I didn't have too???

Why would you even bother telling me wait in in the first place???? Bad customer service by  the man in charge. And why are the two managers staring at a line of people????

They open at 10. All other banks and BoA locations open up at 9, but this one opens at 10. All other 1 star reviews, can't be coincidence. The fact that they open up at 10 has screwed up my day so many times. Not to mention their customer service sucks. Found a location almost down the street, with normal hours and open at 9.
