American family is awesome insurance company - BUT at this place they won't give you a quote Fridays because they want to go home early.Also if you are a customer and decide to shop for another insurance they will not like it. If you switch and after a while(a year or so) call this agency to get a quote they will be very rude to you accusing you for not being loyal to them so that means you have no right to try to save some money if possible. Like i said American family is awesome but that doesn't mean you have to stick with them forever.I am NOT RECOMMENDING "this agency" to you.There are other agencies who can serve your insurance needs in a lot better way. Feel sorry for this agency !

Attempted to work with James at this agency. Tried to be helpful, however, was very incompetent. Quotes were consistently wrong. Would quote one thing, change it when moving forward to switch companies. Had I of not scanned what I was signing, my basement wouldn't have been covered when specifically asking for that coverage and my personal property coverage wouldn't have been enough. Every time a new quote came in, something else was wrong. Highly suggest using another agent if choosing American Family.
