Ben is the best their is in the business.  He builds relationships with his clients and then provides them the policy they need.  He responds to emails and calls promptly and I always get my questions answered.  He is dedicated to his community and will be the only insurance agent in Iowa I use.

The staff are very unprofessional and rude. I called to correct a misunderstanding about homeowners insurance and the receprionist was very rude. I explained my girlfriend already called to cancel the homeowners insurance a week ago. She kept saying I talked to Mike about homeowners insurance but I only discussed a quote with him and my girlfriend. We didnt even buy the house so why would we need homeowners insurance? Mike insisted we get renters insurance and then returned my call after I spoke with the receptionist. His message on my phone was very rude. Not very professional. Looking at other insurance companies.

Ben and his crew are top notch!  They care about their customers and the community they serve.  Ben is ALWAYS there for his clients.  I have referred numerous friends and they are always impressed.  I highly recommend Ben for all your insurance needs!

Ben is awesome! He's always been there to answer my questions when I have had them or had questions on claims. Every other insurance agent I've had took days to get back to me. I highly recommend Ben for your insurance needs! He also saved me money when I switched to him.
