I have always have the best of service from everyone in this office. When there was a problem with my mortgage they helped me figure out what was going on. I have my home and auto insurance with them.

Do to the unqualified workers mishandling my account. My insurance was discontinued, when I needed it the most. There unwillingness to help fix there own mistakes is the reason I will never go through them again.

No point in having this insurance if they don't have your back. They will leave you disappointed when you need them the most. This insurance made a mistake, and they tried to blame me and tell me that I was the reason why this happened. They just didn't want to deal with it, and blamed me. These are some of the reasons why I will never get my insurance from this insurance company again, also there are a few more reasons why I won't use them again either.
