Troy, Mcinzi and the whole State Farm team is great. Nice to call and just say my first name and they can find my account/policy.  Always easy to get a hold of and very competitive prices.  Filed a few claims over the years and always resolved promptly.  Great for classic car insurance as well.

Troy Martinez and his staff are the most honest and pleasant insurance staff I have ever seen.  I have bee a client for 25 years and no one could have been more attentive or quick to respond. In other words they are the best.

Troy and McKenzie are the best agent team I have ever worked with. Troy takes the time to talk you through every detail and option. I recently got rear ended and Troy took half an hour to talk with me, calm me down, and gave me hope. He sent me a sympathy card when my husband passed away. He sends me birthday cards. And I got a thank you gift when I referred my friend to him. These things may be simple but they show me that he cares about me as a person, not an insurance policy or two.

Troy , MkcKinzi and Team have been really great to work with. They are quick in responding to any questions, concerns or with any updates to the policy and are great with suggestions. I have received excellent service so far.

Its 5 stars for me all the way! Troy has been my agent for 17 yrs. Ive received the same service from this office whether I had only 1 vehicle policy, or now where I have over 6 vehicles, a home and multiple life policies. 

When I've had emergencies over a weekend or holdiay and there office is closed, Troy has managed to return my messages despite being with his family or taking personal time off.

I recommend Troy to anyone looking for a new insurance agent, or a quote on existing policies.
