Of entirely sure who they’ve asked to leave full marked reviews for them on here, but the experience I’ve had with this insurance company for the past 2 years has only proved how unprofessional they are. We make sure to call in a few times when we have changes with our information, just to be sure it gets taken care of. Each time we’ve been assured that the changes have been made in the system. That’s apparently not the case because we’ve had them raise our insurance rate TWICE after the first time it was done, only for them to tell us that the changes/ notifications were never made or passed along. There weren’t even any emails received or calls received to ask about the changes. They just went ahead and doubled the insurance anyhow. If you’re thinking of going to a local insurance company such as this, PLEASE reconsider to save yourself the frustration. The agents don’t seem very professional or seem to care that THEY messed up. There doesn’t seem to be any consequences for them either.

I love the auto insurance agents over at United Insurance.  They have the best auto insurance rates in Utah...and their receptionist is HOT!! Bonus!
