Been coming here since January 2017 and I have lost 21 pounds and tons of muscle!! Best class I have ever taken! Been in the fitness industry for a long time and stopped. Gained a lot of weight and need to get back into shape. The energy and friendship in this place is awesome!! So glad there is a place here in Tallahassee that I can go to and actually enjoy it and see results! This place rocks!

American Fitness is a wonderful place to get fit! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help and encourage you with your fitness goals. I love the small group classes where I can get such personal instruction. I have gained muscle and toned up from these great classes . Thank you so much AM staff for a great experience every time I go !

I've been a member from day 1 (over 7 years). I have also been to many gyms in my lifetime, from the hole in the wall sweat shops to the elaborate fitness chains. I have to say, this is the best fitness center I have ever been a member of. The place is extremely clean and the equipment is well kept. The staff is very experienced and overly helpful. There's no high pressure sales staff and the atmosphere is extremely friendly, courteous and unpretentious. The gym has all your needs, whether your trying to lose a couple of pounds or your into heavy lifting. From group training to one on one, they can provide a program to suit your personal needs or you can just do your thing. With a family atmosphere and the great personalities of the staff, its hard to find a better place to workout. With 24/7 access, I'm not restricted to any schedule, I can workout whenever I choose to. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town.......

Best gym I have ever worked out at!!!!!!!! I have been the member at many gyms but American Fitness is a completely different experience! It truly feels like a community!!!! Love, Love, Love!!!!
