I have been going to Kinetix for about  4 years now. I really enjoy the smaller environment, personable/friendly staff (Trey is a great general manager - always goes out of his way to make members feel welcomed), and 24-hour access. Even though I don't have to utilize it, they offer childcare as well.  Great gym.  Great price.

After 4 years, they changed my membership without notice. I no longer have the early morning hours from 5am to 7am. These time are the only times I can go. Now the new management has looked me out until 8:00am to 5:00pm! Very disappointed at the way they have just locked the doors with out notifications!  The gym is Just OK! Nothing fancy. Unhappy and getting fat!  They will lock you out too! Four years of fitness back to starting over!

Me and my buddy decided try out the gym and loved it. I must say we got a great workout and the staff is very knowledgeable! Will return!

Group classes are awesome, really enjoy the instructors. I love that they also have a daycare I can drop my kids off at while I work out.

I have been going to this gym for awhile and I love it! Everything is very clean and well kept. The staff is also very warm and inviting every time!
