Pleasantly surprised by this Furniture Store. Very reasonable pricing for great quality furniture. I showed up 2 minutes after closing time and salesman Kyle gladly helped us with our purchase. We have sent our friends there with confidence ever since. Highly recommended.

So I just went in the new store in Albuquerque for a quick look around for possible ideas on my lunch break. We just bought a new house and are considering furniture for different rooms. I'm used to a salesperson approaching and offering help in furniture stores but I've also had others respect when i said i just wanted to look around by myself. Usually they tell me their name and to let them know they are available if i have questions and then check in every 10 minutes or so. Cool. NOT this place. The salesman proceeded to stalk me around the store, walking behind me. I asked again (politely) to be given space to look by myself first and that the following made me uncomfortable and was told this was his job to follow and help me. He then called another salesman who approached me again to offer yet more help. No longer polite, I told them again this made me uncomfortable and that I had asked repeatedly to be allowed to just look. He told me they were trying to offer "the best customer service", offered no apology and showed no signs of backing off, so I left. It's too bad, there were a couple of things I liked and wanted to show my husband but I just can't take sales tactics like that so I do not see myself going back.

Great place to shop furniture. Prices are fantastic. Hours and location is great. Our salesperson Mike was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond to help us out and threw in 2 cute lamps to close the deal. We bought a new sofa, dinette set with chairs, 2 side tables and a new queen bed all for 1100.00 dollars. Great find here in Albuquerque. We will be back again for our next furniture purchase.

Great Customer Service. Mike helped us out when one of two lamps was missed during delivery and replaced it without any complications. Anton is a great manger as well, super professional. Bought $1200 worth of furniture over the holiday weekend.

I went into this location with intent on helping a family member get /move couches. The sales men that helped us was absolute amazing. He helped us find couches that are perfect for my family's members new home. He also helped me with finding a mattres and bed frame that meets my style. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Great big thank you to kyle!
