This is the only place to go for any home appliance or electronic needs. They're locally owned and are market competitive so you're never paying more. I have probably been helped by a dozen employees here and every single one loves their job and knows what they're talking about. They're always so helpful and friendly. And I have never felt like they're up-selling me or pressuring me to buy. I love Baillio's!!

Johnny is the best!!!! Very knowledgeable about the product that he sells. Went into Baillio's thinking I knew what I wanted, then Johnny educated me on the differences, quality, etc. and helped to guild me in the right direction. Leaving Baillio's feeling well informed, comfortable and Happy with the choice I made. Johnny, Thank you for ALL your help! It is VERY MUCH Appreciated!!!

Excellent customer service and honesty is why I will keep going back to this store. I like that they are truthful about orders, if it is not in and it was mistakenly not ordered, or stuck in bad weather, whatever the reason may be I like honesty. I have dealt with the general manger Boyd and he is really a stand up guy, even though he is the general manager he will step right in and show you 15 different beds tv's etc. He really takes the time to explain things to you and makes you feel like a valued customer.

Recently purchased our second major appliance from Baillio’s. I always do all my homework and compare to all major outlets, I always end up here. Steve Lamb is the salesman who recently helped us purchase a refrigerator, he was completely knowledgeable of every product and was very honest when it came down to manufacturers pros and cons. I highly recommend speaking with this gentleman.

I have never had a bad experience here until recently. They have an amazing selection but the salesman was terrible. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about and kept looking up prices from Home Depot on his phone, and sometimes the prices were higher than what they advertised. He gave us a quote with items that we had not wanted. We ended up going somewhere else to buy all new kitchen appliances.
