At first I was happy with the prices and service. However, we waited for over a month to get our second frame and they didnt assemble it. Not only that, I never got any courtesy calls to find out what was going on with my 2nd bedframe.  I called them, rarely did they answer, I finally went to the store. I was told that I would receive  a call by Tuesday. That never happened. This place has very poor customer service and business ethic. Wound up giving the other bed bacc. Cheap materials and assembly.
