Today I purchased a bed at the S. 27th st location. I originally called to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock I was help by phone by a gentleman named Danny. My item was in stock so I went to the store to purchase and pick up my bed frame set. I was greeted by Danny same gentleman as on the phone. He was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The warehouse crew there are also crazy amazing. The warehouse managers name is Cam he is so nice and very sweet and had a smile on his face during my shopping experience. There are also a few other guys there that I got to share my wonderful experience with and I wish I would have got all there names but I didn’t get a chance to as we were talking about a lot of stuff. These guys are amazing if you want a great experience with a knowledgeable floor salesman ask for Danny and be sure to say Hi to Cam and all the other amazing guys in there. I’m excited to get my new bed together tonight and enjoy the beauty of it with my husband. I have bought many things there in the last couple of years and have been happy with all my furniture. I bought my dining room table and chairs, sectional sofa, end tables etc. all which I still have till this day so the quality is great as it is to any item as long as you take care of it well. Again be sure if your making a trip there see my go to guy Danny for your furniture freight experience. Also a Big thank you to Ethan from Cincinnati your amazing at what you do and I’m glad my cousin and I got to meet you before you head back to Cincinnati. You guys are amazing.

We purchased $1500.00 worth of furniture. Scheduled delivery for a week from purchase on a Saturday. No call no show. Showed up on the following Sunday at 11 pm! They requested delivery fee before the delivery and didn't bring the full delivery!😖 Furniture was not assembled and had to wait until the following Monday for the rest of my purchase. Will NEVER buy from this company again!!! No apologies no customer service. Horrible service.

Great deals and nice furniture, but terrible service. Busineses shouldn't make promises they can't keep. For the second time I have been disappointed again. It starts with the store and ends with the delivery. Their is noway I should have to keep calling the store to check on the status of my furniture.  Whoever is doing the ordering need to get it together. My first order took longer than a month, and delivery didn't bring my things until after 9:00p.m. Two weeks is more than enough time. I have been patient and nice as I can be but this is really  ridiculous. I shouldn't be waiting on my son  furniture to arrive any time after 8:00p.m. on a school/work night. This will be my last time doing any business with American Freight. This is one place I will never again recommend to no one. How do you expect for someone to  recommend your store, when they can't get your order right.  Unprofessional🤦🏽‍♀️😡

If I could give them no stars I would!!! First time customer. Customer service was horrible I had to find someone to get service, then I was told me cough would be delivered by Tuesday which turned into Thursday which turned into now being refunded. I had to call to get an ETA which turned into a we can’t find your furniture. Sorry. They had the nerve to offer me $100 off of an $900 purchase as well as taking the floor model display. Who in the hell wants a couch that everyone has sat on?! Not only I took off of work expecting a delivery! I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if your looking for delivery services 😤😤😤

I am a new customer to American Freight.  I was referred by a family member and when I went there, I did not know what to expect.  From the moment I walked in, Angela was there to greet me and help!  After searching for a new couch, I picked one out and that's when Angela's CUSTOMER SERVICE kicked in and she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!  Her Attention to Detail was simply Awesome!!!  She did a WONDERFUL job in helping me while we waited for a new shipment to come in. 1000 Stars to her and the staff at American Freight South and North!  Rob the manager also did a wonderful job in working with me as well.  Delivery service was also outstanding!  Great job to all there!!! I definitely will be shopping there again and for a long time!   Thank You!
