"Ignorance is bliss." I'm now discovering and wished that I had personally taken more time to read the comments and feedback on Ashley HomeStore especially as it relates to the Greenfield location. I recently purchased a chair, ottoman, table and couch. I'm a VERY dissatisfied customer at this point. On the day of delivery they called at the end of my delivery window to let me know that they would be 45 minutes late. Well two hours after their scheduled late arrival time they FINALLY showed up. And of course if they had been on time they wouldn't have tracked snow and foot prints all over my hardwood floors. Secondly, the ottoman was stained during delivery. Thirdly, a couch leg, brand new I might add, shows a discoloration. Lastly, after the delivery crew left and I inspected the more closely, I discovered an exposed staple on the back of the chair. Did I mention that one of the table legs is too short which makes it sit uneven? This speaks to poor quality and workmanship. I demanded my delivery charges returned and the first response was to give me a gift certificate for a store credit. Please enlighten me as to why I would want to cause myself even more grief? I didn't cave and finally got them to agree to refund my full delivery charges. Needless to say, I have yet to see it posted to my credit card. I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. I am VERY disappointed in this experience. If I could rate them a 0 star I certainly would. Almost $1900 later, this was a disgrace and I will never buy from this company EVER again. Run Forest ...run.

Wish I could give it 3 1/2 🌟 instead of just three. This is a nice enough place and the staff are attentive and available, but they don't have the biggest selection from which to choose. So it didn't work out for us but if you are looking for more classic styles this place is totally up your alley.

Bought my son a new bed for Christmas. We were under a time crunch the night we walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted & Pam Morris took us right to where the bed we wanted was. We checked it out bought it and were not PRESSURED by Pam at all. She sold us the mattress protector that ALL beds should have! I had such a nice experience with Pam that I will definitely be back to purchase the couch and recliner that are on our list AFTER Christmas is over. Thank you

Worst experience ever and from reading the other reviews, several others had the same experience. I was lied to about the interest-free financing. I was told it was 24 months and when I said that I would only make the purchase if I got 36 months, the salesperson, Ed H., called over the female manager and she agreed. But it never got changed. I brought this to the salesperson attention and he said he would correct it, because the manager as with another customer. They really quick to hand you your receipt in the Ashley bi-fold so you do not see it!! They will do what ever it takes to make a sale. Then I went back a week later to get the end tables to match the furniture and the salesperson, Ed H., completely ignored us!! I wonder why!! Horrible service! Tried calling the store and no matter what extension I tried, you could not reach anyone or leave a message anywhere. I was given about 6 different numbers to call and no one could give me answers and kept given me different numbers, I called the 27th store, corporate office in Acadia and even the finance company. The finance company said they would need the ok to change it from the selling company. I even contacted the BBB and after a run around for 2 months, I was told there is nothing they could do. DO Not buy from this company, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
