Living 45 minuets away I went the American Furniture Warehouse as a last resort. I am so glad that I did, I will definitely be going back for furniture in the future! They have a very wide variety of furniture, I was looking for a new recliner. It was really hard to find one that my husband 6’4 could fit in comfortably. Not only did we find one but we found multiple that we could choose from. The prices are Amazing and the quality is fantastic! The employees were extremely helpful and everywhere so when we made our decision it wasn’t hard to find someone to help us. It was nice because we didn’t have a salesperson following us around trying to get us to buy everything. They asked if we needed help and then just left us alone (no pressure to buy) it was super nice! I picked up my new recliner the next day because they had to transfer it from another store, but the best part is 90% of the time they have the items in stock at the store. So you can buy your furniture and take it home the same day! I love my new chair it’s fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience shopping here. Our salesman was Paul who was very informative and kind but let us have our own space to shop without feeling pressure. We set up delivery for our furniture. The delivery guys showed up early which was wonderful! They called to let me know about when they would be here, they were very respectful and kind. We bought quite a few pieces of furniture and they did a great job setting them up quickly and placing it where I asked. All the furniture looks amazing so this place is a 5/5 for me!

Steve Elliot helped us in store and made sure we found what we needed. We wanted to visit one more store before making our purchase and opted to call him back to order the couch we wanted. He walked us through the process thoroughly over the phone and the delivery process was very efficient. I'm very impressed with my experience - everyone has been more than pleasant to work with and has exceeded my furniture buying expectations! Thank you for making furniture purchases fun again!

The helpful sales staff were able to guide me to the recliners that matched what I was looking for without making me feel like they were hovering or trying to push me in a certain direction. There was a huge selection but I quickly found the recliner I wanted. Check out was no problem and delivery arranged a few days later. The delivery was actually completed early with no problems. The drivers made sure that everything was where I wanted it and even offered to move the old recliner out to the garage. Overall a great experience with American Furniture Warehouse and I will likely return the next time I am looking for new furniture.

I bought a 3 piece sectional a night stand and a dresser with a mirror. The center piece of my sectional had missing fabric on the corner and when I showed the delivery guy her tried fixing it with a sharpie. My dresser had been replaced 3 times now due to broken drawers and things not being INSPECTED as promised BEFORE delivery. I now have delivery guys coming to my house for a FORTH TIME to replace a drawer! When I called to talk to someone they told me that they can give me 50 dollars of store credit. What can you even get in there for 50 dollars! I would have to spend MORE MONEY just to use the store credit! Furthermore, I was told I would only pay 69 dollars for delivery and they end up changing me 95! They might have good looking furniture, but I'll take my money else where to make sure that I am treated as a valued customer!!
