This past weekend we purchased furniture from Mega furniture store in Gilbert. We had shopped for the past month at multiple stores around the valley however it was not until we went to Mega that we actually felt comfortable enough to make a purchase. We worked with two incredible associates Johnny and Justin who were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. They really seemed to consider what our needs were. We will no longer shop for hours at multiple stores. Mega furniture will be our one and only thanks to a great selection of quality furniture and these very knowledgeable associates!

Came in here due to a sales ad, had a great time chatting with Mike who was my salesman. Very personable and a great salesman. Not pushy, showed me exactly what I asked to see, as well as in the price change i described. Found the perfect living room set! Was then lead to the front desk to see Anna the cashier who was just as friendly and courteous in helping me complete my purchase. Will definitely be coming back here for future furniture purchases, and letting my peeps know about the great furniture and stellar customer care! Thanks guys!

We had a wonderful experience here yesterday! We stopped in on a whim to check out their inventory and see if that had an entertainment system for our family room. K was amazing, warm and welcoming! He listened to what we were looking for, showed us a few pieces and then suggested that we check out their kiosk for additional inventory when we could find what we wanted on the floor. We not only found a the perfect piece but we ended up purchasing more, including a CUSTOM MADE ottoman. Yes, CUSTOM MADE! John came over to help us with choosing the options, and between K & John's suggestions (John should be an interior designer!) we found the perfect fabric and size for our family room! Skylar was so sweet and accommodating! We kept adding things after she was would complete our invoice and wasn't bothered by it at all! This store and their employees are sooo incredible! I highly recommend you to go check them out if your looking for furniture pieces, and be sure to ask for K! I'm so happy we stopped in and love supporting businesses like this one because of their impeccable customer service!

We went in to look at beds and were very impressed with the selection and service. Mike was a refreshing experience. He answered all our questions and helped us without pressure. Great place!

Great experience. My first buy with Mega & it won't be my last. My sales person was so thorough and the General Manger was right there helping with everything. Great people. Gave me a great deal. I'm so excited for my new furniture. I have a lifetime guarantee! Who can beat that? No one!
