My parents paid over $2000 for new furniture and were given used dinged up furniture for the price and they still haven't been given their money back because the general manager is on vacation and apparently no one is competent enough to go through the credit company to make a refund. When it arrived the wooden pegs on the couch were dinged up and the underlaying fabric was ripped, the chair had torn leather and the ottoman had a noise of wood moving around on the inside. You took the furniture back no problem, but two weeks passed and the same exact broken furniture was delivered again. My parents wouldn't take it, so two weeks pass again, they get a 10% discount and are told they're getting new furniture, lo and behold it's the same exact broken furniture. If they wanted used they can go on craigslist for 1/4 of the price you charge. But after 2 more weeks of the furniture being returned, my parents still haven't received a refund. Now the living room is furnished with couches from American Furniture Warehouse in Gilbert and they've had none of the problems from Pruitt's.

Quick, easy, painless, and the best price! We traveled from Tucson to the Chandler store last month to purchase a bed, two nightstands, tv stand, and dresser with mirror. We had picked out the furniture we wanted and were pleasantly surprised to find that Pruitt's had the items for considerably less than we were able to find elsewhere. We called up to verify they were there on display, went up to go see them, and purchased all within a two-hour period. As a bonus, they sell the Southerland mattress brand. We had picked out the Capella mattress at a local store, and they also had it for a lot less. So we bought that too! Everything arrived within days and was installed without any problems. We are very happy and won't hesitate to use Pruitt's again.

The show room looks run down and furniture all the same styles. Cheap made no staff to help us

My entire family has been shopping at pruitt's since I was younger, was glad to see them in Chandler. We recently purchased a mattress and we are so happy with it. Fast delivery and the usual great customer service

Lots of people working there. But, they were more interested in socializing with co-workers instead of selling furniture.
