TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS! Unless you feel like waiting weeks or even months for your furniture, stay away from Jerry and his band of greasy used-car salesmen. I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter on Black Friday, with delivery promised about a week out, because the items were “only a day away”. After having to get aggressive with the Jerry on the phone, I finally got delivery scheduled for over two weeks after the purchase date. When they finally made the first delivery attempt, the furniture arrives in cardboard boxes, and 3 of the 5 pieces are badly damaged. One piece was so obviously damaged just by looking at the box that I didn’t even let them bring it in the house, but they unboxed it outside and sure enough, nearly cracked in half. That’s when I found out about the “all sales are final” clause. They try to assure me all is well over the phone, and schedule a second delivery for the next weekend. It is now over 3 weeks since purchasing the set, they cancel the second delivery, and I had to call them the night before to find this out. Glad I wasn’t waiting around a second time. Now delivery is weeks out because of the Christmas rush, and Jerry actually has the gall to say “you’re one of the lucky ones, some people won’t get their furniture until the new year.“ Brilliant strategy, to tell me I’m actually one of the lucky ones. And don’t you dare curse in anger while listening to their greasy, scripted responses, or they’ll hang up on you. So now we are being held hostage waiting for another slow boat from China to cross the pond with our furniture, my daughter is sleeping on a couch, and I will never ever go to a furniture store again without reading reviews first. I could have dodged these clowns if I would have just googled them first.

The prices are a little high but they have allot of really cute, nice, cool, and unique items deff check it out it will be worth it!!

I have bought a nice pub table few years ago & living room set(love seat & couch) last year in January all my furniture is good quality. Jerry was amazing... Thanks for great customer service Thats what keeps me coming back. See you soon....👍🎅🎁⛄❄👍

Im Very happy with the furniture and the quality of the furniture that I purchased for the price. However I felt really uncomfortable because this guy there was making too much conversation rather than selling me my furniture.
