I’ve been to over a hundred breweries in Florida and American Icon has to be one of the nicest breweries in the state. 
I’m a whole package person and the package here is right on. Beautiful brick historic building. The brewpub is much larger than I thought. There is plenary of seating inside and out. The inside space is very loud, probably my only complaint. Go upstairs and it’s not as bad. 
Happy to see they have their own beers on tap. So over new breweries opening up and not having their beers on tap. Hubs and I got their IPA. It’s a solid IPA, no bells and whistles just a tasty beer to enjoy with your food. Speaking of food we split an order of the Blackened Tacos(11). Food was good too. 
Service was friendly too. Nice spot for groups. We saw all ages on our Saturday evening.

I don't want to be on a diet American Icon! Went for food and beer, after 2 hours of waiting for food and watching staff talking about ambiance lighting on plants. We left and got food somewhere else. Do yourselves a favor and hire some staff that knows what the hell they are doing in the kitchen. You are blowing your chance to make it happen! Won't be back until someone I know has had a better experience. Love the place! Super cool inside.

Addicting food! The pretzels and the housaemade beer cheese dip will be something that I am going to be craving often! The beer is cold, flavorful & delicious! The staff is sweet & the service is superb!  The way that they made use of the local old power plant is brilliant. The atmosphere is historic & details in the design is in the end result. The train track is a highlight to the outside. Today, I went during daylight. I can't wait to go back and sit around the fire pit and listen to the live music they are going to have with a beer and good company!

The American Icon Brewery has done a fantastic job of furnishing the old diesel power plant. The heavy wooden tables, heavy aluminum salt and pepper shakers, industrial style lighting and their use of space is top notch. There's definitely a feeling of energy and excitement when you enter the place. The food is good- not great-but good. I wish they had trimmed the bacon slices on the Icon burger so they weren't sticking way out over the bun. We found the shrimp tacos to be delicious. The milk stout was decent. 
We went for lunch and had fast, friendly, service. Sitting upstairs is one way to cut down on the noise level. Perhaps the weekday lunch music they play could be more golden oldies. Just a suggestion. We will be returning here.

I went there twice this past weekend and thought the place was great! I travel a lot and have been to many breweries around the country. This is one of the coolest. The food was great and the service was friendly/excellent. The short rib sliders, salt & pepper calamari and diesel plant IPA are a must try! We watched the games there Sunday and had fun playing games and stuff outside during halftime. Thumbs up.
