FRESH LOCAL FOOD
Chef and owner, Christopher Bireley is a Vero Beach native and has been working in the business for over 20 years—3 of those years were spent as executive chef at the once popular Ellie’s Restaurant on Royal Palm Point in Vero Beach. The other years were spent travelling the world preparing exotic cuisines in the West Indies, northern Italy and Ireland as well as domestically in well-known foodie destinations such as Napa Valley and Charleston. Adding to his resume, Bireley has worked with celebrity chefs Tom Colicchio of Gramercy Tavern in New York as well as Cyndi Pawlcyn, a celebrity chef known as a pioneer of wine country cooking.
Osceola Bistro will please both the sophisticated and casual diner’s palate. The affordable cuisine will embrace the farm to table movement—meaning a majority of the food will be supplied by local farmers and fisherman. This concept guarantees seasonal, fresh food while simultaneously reducing the restaurant’s carbon footprint and supporting the local economy. Enjoy dinner in Osceola Bistro's airy, and simplistic yet elegant dining room or sit on the garden patio and be surrounded by fresh herbs, luscious tropical plants and a trickling fountain.
